Overview
Abu Dabbab Bay is a beautifully sheltered, world-famous beach-entry dive site north of Marsa Alam, celebrated for its resident green sea turtles, vast seagrass meadows, and the unique possibility of encountering the rare dugong (sea cow). Unlike a boat dive, both dives start directly and easily from the sandy beach into calm, crystal-clear, and relatively shallow waters.

Itinerary
Hotel Pickup — 7:30 AM
Pickup directly from your hotel and transfer via comfortable A/C vehicle to Abu Dabbab Beach.
Beach Arrival & Briefing — 8:15 AM
Arrive at Abu Dabbab Bay, prepare your scuba equipment, and receive a comprehensive dive briefing and shore-entry safety plan.
Dive 1 — Seagrass & Turtle Area — 9:00 AM
Walk straight into the calm water from the beach and explore the main turtle feeding zones, shallow seagrass, and the inner reef edge.
Surface Interval — 10:15 AM
Relax under the beach shade, review your dive log, and enjoy fresh water and cold drinks.
Dive 2 — Reef Arms & Deep Seagrass — 11:00 AM
Gear up for your second guided shore dive, exploring the opposite reef arm or scanning the deeper seagrass sections for unique marine life.
Pack Up & Dry Off — 12:00 PM
Exit the water, pack up the diving equipment, dry off, and prepare for your return transfer.
Hotel Drop-off — Around 12:30 PM
Transfer safely back to your hotel with the entire afternoon free to enjoy.
